Classification and process of galvanized rolled sheet

① Galvanized coils immerse thin steel plates in a molten zinc bath, and attach a layer of zinc to the surface of the steel plates. Currently, the main consumption of galvanized steel plates is through continuous galvanizing process, that is, rolling steel plates continuously immerse them in a galvanized bath for zinc condensation. ② The alloy galvanized sheet bending machine is also a hot-dip steel plate, but it is immediately heated to around 500 ℃ after coming out of the groove. The alloy coated galvanized sheet that forms zinc and iron has good coating adhesion and weldability. ③ The galvanized steel plate used for galvanized coil electroplating has good processing performance. However, the coating of galvanized pipes is thinner than that of hot-dip galvanized sheets, and their corrosion resistance is also poor. ④ Single sided galvanized and double sided differential galvanized coils, single sided galvanized steel plates, that is, single sided galvanized products have better compliance in welding, painting, rust prevention treatment, processing, and other aspects than double sided galvanized sheets. In order to suppress the defect of non galvanizing on one side, a thin layer of galvanized sheet, namely double-sided differential galvanized sheet, is applied to the other side. ⑤ Alloy, composite galvanized coil This is an alloy made of zinc and other metals such as lead, zinc, etc. It is a composite steel plate, galvanized pipe, and steel plate that not only has excellent rust prevention performance, but also has good coating performance.
